    Experience help

It still counts both experience, I guess from different employers. But the NOC for your degree or your primary work practice may be important. You just need to list them both in your EE application profile with different NOC code. for the IT one, they only count the entire year, so only 2 years...

    I have a question

You need to be in the EE pool first. Then all the provinces will identify you from your EE profile if you chose any of the provinces, otherwise only the selected ones will see your profile. Use Ontario as an example, if your CRS score is over 400 for most the case, you have chance to receive a...

    New Open Work Permit

Depends on the terms on your wife's open work permit. Did she get her open work permit from your closed work permit? If yes, you would not be able to get an open work permit from your wife as her status was depending on your closed work permit. Try to apply for PR after work in Canada after 1...

    Foreign experience while in Canada

You need a proper employment letter to show IRCC your 1.5 years work experience, especially the job duty part. Paying cash doesn't really matter for foreign experience as long as the company can issue you the letter in a required format from IRCC you should be fine.

Landing: Niagara or Sarnia port of entry

As long as you don't go to any one of the port of entry close to the falls, you can do it anytime during the week, but preferably from 7,8am until 11pm. So Sarnia or Windsor would be OK for both weekdays and weekends, this is confirmed by CBSA officers. Or just book a appointment for inland landing.

    Landing at Ambassador Bridge (Detroit/Windsor)

You can do it there 7 days a week during normal day time until late night. If you are not sure, contact CBSA for details.

That first CBSA officer just makes people think Canadians are rude. He should never be qualified for such an important role at the border.

CLB 9 and CLB 10 difference in points?

I think from your test date(not the date your result released), within 6 weeks you could request for remark, and that would take another 5-6 weeks to get the result back. If you took IELTS recently and can wait for the next Express Entry draw, do that, otherwise request a remark to increase...

I would reckon that should be OK, as long as it is not a major crime, but still, this is all CIC's call, depends on the case officer.

Just apply IEC, and make sure your passport valid for at least 2 years before your apply, otherwise they will only give to the date your passport expires.

    IEC VISA APPLICATION MISTAKE

I think the first question asks you: "What is your current country/territory of residence", it should be New Zealand. And the 2nd question asks: "What is your country/territory of permanent residence", it should be England. It can be different.

    Rainbow Bridge PR Landing FAILED

That's alright, as long as they don't have any quota for the day like Rainbow bridge and people got at Rainbow before 8am but have to wait until 6:30pm to get called to process landing, that was really pain for us and shame for CBSA. Glad they did not do the same thing in Peace Bridge.
