Updated Schedule 3 Hello there, I have a question to the applicants who updated their reference letters, did you update Schedule 3 as well? If so, was it a scanned copy or an original one as it had a signature? Thanks!

My RA letter was signed by the supervisors, while the TA reference letter was signed by the Associate Dean (Graduate Studies). Normally, the HR letter just include the specific periods you worked and your salary, no details about the duties.

I am sorry for your rejection! I do not see why you cannot have an appeal and another application in process, but I think it is better to ask a lawyer. What was the reason behind your rejection? It is 2 weeks from the decision. Good luck!

I think Dani1982 could answer you this question better, but I believe he filed his appeal in February and got a settlement offer from CIC in May.

You are right, the checklist does not require that, I just took a look. However, they reject people if it wasn't sign! They still do that with the FSW applicants but the PhD ones, they aren't interested in more researchers.

This is really ridiculous! They could easily contact you or the employer to get a new one, or to make sure that it true and up to date.
