No, it wasn't before May 4, 2013. I just checked the NEW schedule 3, and it asks you in Q12 to identify the primary occupation and the corresponding NOC that will be used to asses whether the application meets the minimum requirements to be eligible for processing.

I think this is the current job, they just listed your personal information. i.e (name, job, address, home phone, ...etc)

That is really weird! They didn't even try to add those points for the spouse's education.

When you say they didn't award you any points for your previous study, do you mean the 2 years towards your PhD? If so, we are not entitled for those points anyway, while the child's and the wife's points are a must have! How many points did you get in total? and how many years of experience...

Yes, you can. Aidina and Salam20 had 2 applications even in the same subcategory (PhD strea). Both applications will appear when you check the status of your application online. I believe you'll get it much faster through the other category. Good luck!

There is no problem at all! Go ahead, your application will be accepted before your wife's, they process the other categories much faster, you may get the PR visa within 6-8 months. Good luck!
