Was your reference letter written on the letterhead of the institute? If yes, I think this is the reason of rejection, how could it be a proof of job experience if it wasn't issued from the same university, although you have the same supervisor!

I am so sorry that you got this before sending your updated letter! Your previous letter was just missing the magical word "Assisting", I am not sure that the MP can help you.

The seal is the stamp. Unfortunately, No! I know it is not easy to be rejected after 15 months, I was rejected before. If you have already graduated and got a canadian experience, it would be better to apply through CEC, or you may consider the PNP stream.

He doesn't need any adaptability points to pass the 67, if he has 16 points for the language and 2 years of work experience. 16(language)+10(Age)+17(2 year XP)+25(Master)=68
