Really?! How long after you sent ur application in September did they returned your package? Just one form and they sent it all back to u? Some of us, including me, also sent the old form but we are still on hold :-/ Hopefully they won't return it :-(

You should fill out all forms that apply to you and ur husband. Isn't Appendix A the check list? and you should mail both sponsor and applicant applications together to Mississauga. Make sure you include all docs that are on the checklist unless they do not apply. Good Luck! =D

if you got married in Ontario, https://www.ontario.ca/government/marriage-certificate this is the website you get a certified copy of the certificate. I believe that's the one immigration wants.

Did you get any response from CIC? I tried to check my status with my receipt number and it doesn't work yet because they didn't get around my application.

you should probably notify CIC that she's pregnant. If you are a Canadian born, your son/daughter will have the right to Canadian Citizenship too. I am not an expert on that, but your child will be Canadian as long as you were born in Canada. Hope someone else can help you better.

Good News! I just looked up on Canada Post and it's finally "delivered" Uff.. I am so relived! Now.. I can sleep better loll PS: I was delivered on the 25th nov but they only updated today 1st Dec. Thanks, Warzo, for the advice.
