Decision made usually means a positive answer. When was it update? Why don't u email or call them? As you don't need a visa in ur passport, I believe they will ask for a copy of it. I am not an expert on this so I hope some else gives u better info here. Good luck!

if you're married or in common law your name should be put in it as well.. and his family as well.. parents and siblings. and if he has kids, put their names there too even if they are not immigrating.
