The PGR and SSP are different ones! You need to send the SSP with the original application. Then later on they will send you a letter so you can get the PGR, you don´t need to call them and ask for it! Good luck!

I wouldn´t change it either! They probably won´t be sending anything else to you, since the PPR comes by email and I am assuming you will go to the embassy yourself to get the visa on the same day! Oh and in case anyone was wondering: A few weeks ago I was wondering about a few mistakes on...

We didn´t get any copies certified. We just got the police certificate, marriage certificate and birth certificate professionally translated, but that was it. We didn´t have any troubles with that. For the emails and stuff we just translated that ourselves and included a copy of the english...

    B4 help please!

Thanks! And another quick question: My husband collects action figures (he is kind of a nerd ahaha) and some of them are still in their boxes. Will this be a problem or should he just take them out of their boxes, so that they don´t think they are new or that he is planning on selling them or...

    B4 help please!

I have been living outside of Canada for a little over 3 years. My husband and I will be flying to Canada together. Can we mix our stuff in the same suitcases or should they be seperate? Do they actually open up all the suitcases and check them? From my understanding we should each fill...

Nope, this one is an actual boat and it´s actually in the water. I think the restaurant on it is called ¨Villa Rica¨ and they mostly have sea food but they also have pasta and stuff. Here it is: http://www.oem.com.mx/laprensa/notas/n1613209.htm Oh and about the rain it´s usually ridiculously...

Oh nice! And Happy Birthday!! Yes the aquarium is nice and the malecon is cool, there are a bunch of little stores you can buy souveniers from. San juan de Ulua is neat, but it gets really really hot in there so bring some water! You have to go visit the Parroquia Cafe (at the malecon)...

For us, we got a PPR about 3 weeks after submitting the SSP. So just hang in there a little longer, I am sure you will get it any day now! And I´m sure the medical received isn´t an issue. If they hadn´t received them, I think that would have been one of the first things they would ask you...

Ok thanks! I think I´ll write them an email and ask just in case. We will for sure get the address fixed at the airport though. :)

That´s what I did and I think it helped mine move along much faster! Ours was submitted Dec 2011, with the state police certificates and also handed in PGR (before they made the SSP requirement) They did ask some people that already handed in the state ones for the new SSP certificate, even...

I think he still needs it but not sure, maybe someone else can answer that! For proof of address don´t worry about it too much. They didn´t even look at ours...I just mentioned it here because it says that on their website. But when we went they didn´t ask for it...all they used were the copy...

It´s the one from Secretaria de Seguridad Publica. All they ask for is a copy of IFE and a copy of birth certificate, and a proof of address (an electric bill or phone bill or something). It takes about 5 minutes to get it....this is the place where someone mentioned a few pages back that they...
