It does not depend if you are pnp or fsw. CiC will only call your employer when they find something odd or doubtful in your application. During my pnp processing , pnp officer called all my former and current employer..

I sent the case enquiry about it and they said once you are deleted from ecas you will never be able to get it back...

cic agent wont give you any aplication status untill you exceed maximum of 6 months processing. ullu ka patha is from india. you cannot talk to agents if you are outside Canada.
