Deleted from ECAS

Creating this thread for applicants who was deleted from ECAS.
Please share timelines and updates of your file.

I was deleted from e-CAS on July 3. Wrote to a technical support several times, but no result except they confirmed that I was deleted.

Does anyone have a similar case?

I have the same issue, it was working fine ,but from last couple of days it says " We received instructions to remove this application(s) and address information from the Internet. Contact us for information about this application. contacted everyone but no help was given..........

Nope. Just one. Without any progress at all.

CIC said that my file still in progress, but I can not log in to e-CAS. Without any explanations.

In my case it just:We were not able to identify you using information you provided.

Everything ok with the info, so it's a definitely problem on their side.

On ECAS just above logout there is a small button which says stop ECAS from access to ur application information. It's also says the application will proceed normally but u will have to contact them for status.

U guys probably hit that button. I was also going to hit there accidentally. I guess it will have no impact on ur application. Just that u will have to confirm status either only from my CIC or by contacting them. But still confirm with CIC. There might be some other reason.

Something isn't right. If you'd gotten updates but were deleted from ECAS I'd call it a glitch but the combination of no updates and the deletion is worrying.

Have you sent a CSE about the application?

Is there anything about your application that you are concerned about? (POF, job letters etc)

Yeah, I also thought about it. But I assume CIC could have told me about that in they response.

Yes, I send several CSE about situation with e-CAS and progress in my case. No explanations from CIC. Basically I need to wait when it will be 6 months since AOR and then call them.

I hope everything ok with documents which I send. In GCMS notes there is a line about mistyping in City of Birth and that's it. But I doubt it is a serious issue (they have a copy of my passport).

There are several guys with the same problem (no updates and no access to e-CAS). I thought maybe someone managed to find a solution.

I received an email from Technical Support: "Due to a technical limitation, your application is currently not available in the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) tool. You may still check your status and message from the MyCIC account you used to submit the application".

Again they refused to tell me about reasons and didn't give date when my application will be available at e-CAS again.

tech support told me that I have delete my profile online thats why I am not able to access it even though I never delete myself from ecas. no one has my personal info so no other peroson can do that. but tech suport said if you are delete from ecas there is no way of getting it back... so i just use my cic to check my status....

In my case the reason is some strange "technical limitations". I think it's also a reason of all delays with my application.
