PA did get email... Actually I tried one to many times and now the account is locked for 24 hours. I will give them a call tomorrow for instructions on how to proceed.

Did you present all the above evidence to them? If not, then you should reapply, presenting the additional evidence that you did not previously include in your application. Are you a national of a visa exempt country? I would say if you haven't done so, write a detailed purpose of visit letter...

That That's strange. They lost my photos too, but instead they send me an email requesting we submit the photos within 30 days. Did you submit from within Canada? My guess is they didn't want to pay the cost of shipping to Thailand for us, so instead they just requested additional info.
