Police Certificate - Thailand

The website says we need a "copy of the request for a police certificate issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada".

Do we need to wait for this or is a generic form to print out? (If it's a generic form, where can I get it?)

Also, does this form need to be translated?

Thanks,
Pat

P.S. We linked our account a month ago and haven't gotten any GCKey or email requests for Schedule A or police certificate yet. I've noticed this is normal. Should we be worried that we may only have a month left?

We just received ours. Go to the Special Branch police station in Bangkok and request a Police Certificate for the canadian authorities. You will need to show ID and passport. For us they requested passport of sponsor as well. It took about 20 working days to get it. However, ifyou pay 1,500 baht you'll get it within a few days.

Thanks a lot!

Is the special branch police station the one that CIC gives (at Rama 1, Pathumwan)?

You didn't need the CIC letter, marriage certificate, passport photos, etc? My wife will be flying in for the day so we want to be prepared.

Yes building 24 at Rama I. All your wife needs is her ID and passport I believe. Also, a copy of the first page of your passport should suffice.
