    43 Draw// September 21, 2016 // 483 points // 1,288 Invites

How isn't it right? There's a reason why a province chooses that particular person, and the fact that it doesn't benefit me and my +400 score doesn't mean it's unfair. It means that right now the province needs that particular profile and skills and not mine.

    Paper based application vs EE

Helll! I've found that many people in this forum have sent paper based applications. Since I've only been interested in EE, I'm wondering what are the differences between the two of them and if there are restrictions (other than the already known elegibility factors) to the EE. Thanks!

Employment letter and matching NOC verification.

I asked this same question by email to the SINP. They basically said that a complete application is needed in order for them to make an assesment. My guess is that it depends on your experiencie.

    Nova Scotia Occipations In Demand

Hello everyone! I've been reading about Nova Scotia PNP since I'd like to apply; however my NOC is not listed as In Demand (my partner's is but I'm the principal applicant). My question is, are they absolutely strict with this? Or there are chances that, depeding on the applicant's overall...

Can I get at least 5.5 band in my speaking test?

I think that the thing with the soeaking lart of the exam is that it can be very subjective. Go to the IELTS and download the assesment sheet. There they explain what is taken into account when grading.

need to improve writing skills badly......

There are a lot of resources online. Download practice sheets and have someone who can help you assess your writing so you know what needs improvement. Also, read A LOT. Reading helps you learn new words and their meaning, which helps with your vocabulary.

    All former work check...?

The answer is that it's up to them. I don't think there's a way to tell with any certainty how often they do it. If they feel the need to do so, then they will.

    CRS points-Sep 2016

I've thought about it. I'm interested in NS, but they don't have my NOC as an Occupation in Demand. I was also looking at SINP, but I'm not sure if I want to live there, I think it's too far!

Degree not related to work Experience

I emailed Saskatchewan immigration offices regarding this same question. Their answer was that they can only make an accurate assessment on that once you have submit your application. I'm guessing there's a bit of flexibility on that particular subject that will be determined by certain factors.
