yea true, seems like my file was directly sent to bucharest and didnt pass through beirut office, otherwise it would stack there for a few years before getting into process..

the weirdest for me, e-cas has never mentioned anything more than '' We received your application for permanent residence on December 19, 2012'' obviously that was initiated on ecas from the centralized intake center, and then 4 months in process in Bucharest and still no single update.. but...

hope so, who already waited 3 years is not logic to start from the zero.. as i can see my file wasn't sent to beirut but directly to romania or maybe only transit via beirut

no i haven't received my medicals, GCMS mentioned that feb 2014 are my medical due date, there is some repeated information and so much blank, theny mentioned that my application was opened in feb 2013 and none of decisions was taken yet, hope the medical date is fix and they dont delay it later...

they have a wide cap in Romania more than 2500 visa a year, Beirut office is a small VO so hopefully it wont affect the average process time there..

hey guys, i just received my CAIPS notes actually GCMS request how the form says, after 4 weeks from the request, it is 23 pages, there is no codes like you used to talk guys, and no BFD, but obviously my file has been in process in Bucharest since Feb 2013 and i had no idea!!! ecas still...

my friend is another CSQ applicant, he received his CSQ in 4 months and applied for federal in 2010, he was contacted this week telling him his file was transferred to romania and he needs to update his file, the weirdest part he has signed a job offre since then and still waiting!! if they dont...

do they just enjoy watching ppl losing their years for nothing!! i have been waiting for application form from the nurses association in quebec since june 2012 and they keep replying been updating them!!! while 2 other associations outside quebec emailed me the whole required process within...

unfortunately not anymore!! i have 2 friends who were priority domain in CSQ and they got job offres when they applied to federal and they still waiting for medicals since 2010, 2011 plus i was priority in CSQ and now it has been 6 months and my file still not in process yet!

one copie ''immigration canada'' should be sent to the VO and the other copy ''titulaire'' should keep it with you until you land in quebec.. so the renewed CSQ is only valid for one year mmm hope they dont need to renew mine many times =/

lool that's her problem she has all those expenses, btw who lives in canada wont think about saving money anymore.. i am interested to register outside quebec because all the other provinces have the same requirments so once im registered to one it will be so easy to work anywhere else.. btw...

i know it takes long time for equivalence, thats why i am looking to start now, in quebec ''OIIQ'' have been updating their international forms since june 2012, they may keep updating them forever!!! so i wanna be registered to another province by the time i land in there.. BTW do you know that...

hey, i am quebec SW applicant, still waiting for medicals, do you think its a bad idea to apply for registration in nursing order outside of quebec from now? can they revoke my federal file, complaining that i am not attending to stay in quebec? thanks in advance for your suggestions..
