No, you are not out! It is only schedule 3, the checklist that need to be 05-13. The generic 0008 from 04-13 is pretty much the same as from 12-2012. Thy realised that they needed to change the footer to avoid confusion. And that change was made around 17-May.

Thanks Jigzyy and Marta, much appreciated. Letter is dated 30 May 2013 - looks like this is when they started opening the packages. But does it really take one week to post the letter to someone in the CPP-O territory (i.e. north america)?

You are absolutely entitled to your opinion - and hence this forum. I was trying to create a positive mood but I guess CIC does deserve some stick for their inefficiencies.

Marta - Just send the updated form with the application again. If it works out, then great! If it doesn't, at least you will have peace of mind that you tried your best. Besides, the only thing that you potential lose here is the extra courier fees (I would defo take that chance)...

Guys, let's not be over-critical of CIC. Canada is probably one of the few countries giving skilled workers opportunities to immigrate. So instead of cursing them, we should just be thankful and patiently wait with optimism :)

Agreed. 1112 is probably a category with a high number of rejected cases (if CIC do their job properly). I remember reading somewhere that many accountants etc. have applied but clearly do not qualify under job description. Let's just hope for the best :)

It is gonna be 5 weeks since the opening of the 2013 FSW at the end of this week. I guess the early birds can start requesting for updates from CIC after next week...
