Hard to say. But one thing is for sure that we are much more prepared now vs. 2011. Our spreadsheet looks more filled and we probably represent a higher number of the global applications vs. 2011. My estimate would be around 5-6%.

I, personally, cannot see a cap update until some CCs/DDs get charged. But, again, I hope I am wrong and we get to see some action today :)

My one day delivery from the UK took forever. I gave the package to parcelforce (they outsourced to fedex) on 14 May and it delivered on 21 May!! I did ask for a refund which they finally approved this week. I would have rather had the package reach on time!

You should ask for a refund...9 days is just ridiculous!
