Agreed. But CIO seem to be doing a multi-step completeness check i.e. they would check correct forms first, then go on to see if they are filled right, then to see if 67 points have been reached etc etc. If CIO was doing the full completeness check per file, I am sure some of the early birds...

Found it! - Jars123, unfortunately, also had an old Schedule 3. We haven't heard from him yet...

There was someone else who acknowledged that they used the old schedule 3 (I am not making this up) and we haven't heard from that person yet.

Yes, agree that Marta's letter was dated 30 May but she got her package back on 6 June (last thursday). Given she is in the US, I am sure returned packages for Europe and Asia would take much longer. Mate - this is gonna be one hell of a journey. No point trying to over-analyse!
