Yep totally agree.... if you notice in the instructions after the first round check and all documents are complete they will stamp and have it in their system.... this is prior to payment and PER .... so i beleive the update is based on thier tracking of number of applications in the system...

Don't give up, things has changed quiet a bit with the way they work this year. You will never know until you get a definite answer

Maybe I m being too optimistic do u think the cap status is based on completed application count done first round prior to cc charged or dd encashed? Coz from the spreadsheet seems like raj app that was received June 10 wad returned on July 19 so which means they are checking completion of docs...
