    PR application refusal

Sorry about your rejection Fateh. As Omstar has said, your employer used almost the exact same NOC wording when describing your duties. However, from the context, it is obvious that the document you provided was an offer letter (dated before June 2014?) so could not have been writen for the...

    EE Rejection Timeline

If the application is found to be incomplete, the latest I have seen being rejected is after 2 months. If, however, application is rejected for other reasons (invalid PCC, NOC mismatch, etc.) it can even happen after 6 months.

IELTS expired after ITA and before AOR ?????

IELTS must be valid at least until AOR. If it expires between ITA and AOR you must take a new test and submit those scores. If the new score is lower but still puts you above minimum cut-off of the draw, feel free to submit the application (make sure you enter new IELTS TRF number in the...

in EE pool - allowed to travel outside CAN

This is because no one can guarantee you will be admitted back to Canada, not even the Prime minister. If, however, you have a valid visitor visa and have complied with Canadian laws so far, there is almost no risk of not being admitted back.

reference letter for 2 companies ???

Even if he claimed 6 months of 2171 and not shown any evidence for it, the recalculated points would still bring him over ITA cut-off because of PN.

    Reasons for Rejection

You have nothing to worry about. Since you received 600 points from SINP on the basis of 4011, your 2171 experience is completely irrelevant at this point.

    Employement Reference Letters

The wording used to describe work experience in CRS tool is misleading. You need 1 year of continuous full-time experience in only one NOC to be eligible for FSW (you have that). Once you meet this requirement, you are competing against other candidates in the pool based on CRS points. 3 years...

Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

But now that you have 2 full years of Canadian work experience your CRS must have risen. Check here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp if your new points are competitive against current ITA cut-off trends. Perhaps you no longer need a nomination.
