Repeating Reference letter from same employer? Question!

Hi,


I have worked for the same employer on and off for the last four years. They have provided me a letter meeting all the CIC requirements however my four years of on and off work is contained on the same letter.

CIC is requesting separate files for each period of work.

Will I ask my former employers to write four separate letters or upload the same letter four times??

If the one letter you have contains all the required information about all four periods, you are free to upload the same letter to all four sections. You can also upload it to just one, and for the others provide a letter explaining that all the necessary information is presented in the first one. Doesn't really matter as long as you bring forth all the details asked for.
 
Thanks for the response, I was thinking of uploading to all four and including an explanation in letter of explanation.

I am also in similar situation.

However, I was advised by ASIVAD ANAC to use the same letter in all places and provide the LOE with all places except the first one.

Thanks for the feedback.

If I have T4's should i submit those with the letter or is the letters suffice enough on their own?
