Can somebody please confirm if "CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca" is the right email ID to inquire status of sent application. I am a 31st July applicant and have not received the PER. If i don't get it within a couple of days then I would be inclined to think that my app is being returned.

CSQ is related to Quebec immigration. In question 6, (where do you intend to live in Canada) if you choose a province other than QC, the CSQ feilds will be disabled. So need to fill anything here.
