filling out the main aplication form/urgent

hi,

i m filin' the main form at 7 it says have u received ur CSQ IF YES THEN U HAVE TO GIV THE NUMBER AND IF no then u have to state when did u apply for the CSQ.
but i never applied for the CSQ then what should i fill in

CSQ is related to Quebec immigration.
In question 6, (where do you intend to live in Canada) if you choose a province other than QC, the CSQ feilds will be disabled. So need to fill anything here.

many thanx for the prompt reply but i have filled Alberta-calgary in q-6 but the q-7 still remains active and in the instructions on website also-it says on 7 FILL THE REQUIRED FIELD AND IF YES THAN CSQ NUMBER AND IF NO THEN DATE OF APPLICATION.
THAT IS WHY I M CONFUSED
