No it is not for someone who have enough points for running CSQ application. A single applicant must score at least 49 points based on the criteria. An applicant with a spouse or common-law/conjugal partner must score at least 57 points.

I'm still hopeful, nobody thought that the cut off score drops from 735 to 481! Do you remember that draw night? This forum was full of hope on that time. Stay positive people,I don't know why we are so impatient now, this process was so longer in the past but we were more calm! :-[

Language is not mandatory for anyone who can meet the minimum points to apply for CSQ. Yes,It's a long process but it might be faster when they launch the new system. We have to wait and see how does it works.
