I think it's just the application kit they send you .. Whichever is applicable to you you need to submit. Like we have the document checklist and we pick the one is applicable to us. Hi, you should apply to the CIC asap, with the new updated forms, fees, picture, and nominee certificate., police clearance, birth certificate etc. And try to find a new job asap and inform to the nominee office that you has to find another employer as your old employer are no more available...

i m also in the same boat. Medical was done on april 11,2014 and doctor said it was sent on april 15, 2014 but e-case status still not updated :(

after alberta government nominate you, you need to send application to the CIC for federal immigration. After you receive a file number from CIC, you can apply for bridge open work permit but you need to be in a valid work permit and its has to be due in expire about four months. Hope that helps!!

I am sure you could apply provincial nominee, but its always better to call CIC and ask them just to have more faith and confident and can stay calm.
