I am January 24, 2014 applicant, still no IP, DM, and PPR. Looks like who got in process on October 2nd, 2014 got PPR email this week. No one skip IP yet, so seems like I have to wait long time :( but congratulation for you and thanks for sharing :) :) :)

I think old/new would suffice as long as you pick the option for close work permit. when you fill up the form there is a option to pick ...open work permit/close work permit. so pick the close work permit with the same employer.

BOWP does not need LMO, but you have to choose the option for working with the same employer then I am sure they will ask you for the letter of employment and job offer ...I think you have to apply BOWP but it has to be specific with the same employer.?

SORRY to hear that :( could you please tell us more details about your case? when did you apply for BOWP? Did you fulfill all of the requirement of BOWP? I never heard on this forum get refused on BOWP, unless they did not fulfill their requirement for BOWP.

I would check on the cic check list for PNP applicant. if they don't like you then don't attach with the application. Like we are not sending them out certificate or any t4 slips or reference letter if you are PNP applicant. AND also you can call CIC for more clarification.

any PNP candidate got refused from CIC between 2013 to 2014? Did anyone heard anything to get refuse under the PNP program? Why cic taking too long to process application when the nominee government already make their judgment on our file. I have been in Canada since 2004. It should not be hard...

all applicant who have been waiting for last 10 months should get PPR email by end of this month :)

sounds like they will hold all of our file and will ask for re-medical :( allah knows when this waiting will be end!
