I would advise you to wait for their request for PCC. If I were you i wouldn't risk sending the original PCCs without their request.

did you apply prior to your current (august 2011) application? If you did not apply in 2009 then i don't think you need to worry because it is definitely an error.

I don't think that it is a good idea to postpone the medical examination. If you are traveling, i think you can do it at any dmp at your travel destination. They give you enough time to plan where and when to take it. My advice is, try your best to do it ASAP.

My degree is in mechatronics engineering. my courses included basic circuits, electromechanical systems (including all types of motors single phase and three phase), microprocessors and interfacing , control systems. lots of electrical subjects were taken during the four year degree.
