what were there reasons of rejection for those who got MR. was it point related? or medical condition or security related?

What was your subject during your Eng education,

If its mechanical , electrical , electronics engineering etc then definitely it cover Electrical slybus , at least which should be enough to satisfied visa officer that you got enough knowledge to work as technician .

Just get print out of your course description and information of subject covers and attach those with your reply.

My degree is in mechatronics engineering. my courses included basic circuits, electromechanical systems (including all types of motors single phase and three phase), microprocessors and interfacing , control systems. lots of electrical subjects were taken during the four year degree.
