I don't think so matgpaula... check it out the timelines from other applicants and you'll see that there is no such thing... (probably there is a pattern, but I could not figure it out yet).
Best of luck!
I'm getting very frustrated...
A lot of applicants receiving their PPR... a good part of them with AOR after mine (e.g. Dec 29, Dec 30, etc). And my status does not change at all...
Perhaps immigration is not for you buddy... wish you all the best in your life, but a little advice: try and be less categorical in your arguments - people will listen to you better.
Personally I think IELTS it's a great test.. demands a lot! just like your future employer will... of course there is a lot of room for improvements...
If you can choose for those ones you want, why not choose the best? that's why the score won't go down abruptly... there is a lot of qualified immigrants seeking for Canada...
Guys,
Did you see the note (in small caps) at the bottom of the sheet?
"Data does not include persons applying through Express Entry"!!!

+1 if you like.
I saw that too. November AOR getting a lot of PPR, this is good because it shows that CIC is actually working on it... and we are next in line... so, the way I see it, we (Decemberians) are going to get a lot of PPR in April...
