if the visa office is chennai, it would be printed on the visa. we dont have to wait for CIC to inform that officially on the site.

Sure. i am trying to get hold of the person who told me about the visa office in chennai . once i get a proof saying the visa says the processing center is chennai , i will be sure of that . and once am sure , i can then post it here and then get an average processing time for that center .

a CPC will be listed once they have processed 10 applications on that center .and the list on CIC was last updated in the month of July . Do we have any other latest information listed on the CIC ?

The processing time depends on the processing center . For example , the historical values on the site says its 9 for delhi , 23 for chandigarh and 14 for bangalore. The person who told me there is a processing center in chennai also told me it takes 7 days on an average to get it processed.
