OMM, Once you see 'Your file was reviewed and we have started processing your file on XX-12-2011' in your e-cas status, that means file made through SELDEC and then Meds should be on the way (in a 1-2 month from the date processing started, I believe).

In my opinion, In that case you will have to wait for the Medical and might take some time. However, I know ND is quite fast with their processing and you should hear something sooner as compared to other VOs with similar timelines.
