My understanding is i need to submit all required forms. It doesnt say write NA on checklist if you are not enclosing it. Anyway i have submitted it. I just wrote NA on the forms. Do you think it will cause problems?

i read the guidelines and it doesnt say anywhere that if it does not apply to you, do not submit it. so i decided to submit all the forms and i just put N/A on the form it self.
