Photocopy unless they specifically ask for the original

There should be no problem, but why would one send originals of their wills. Photocopies will suffice.

CiC holding your original wills means you need to make new original wills thus who is to say you actually list your partner in this next new will. Do you see the picture?

Yes, if they don't specifically ask for the originals, you may never get them back.

Should it be certified true copy or photocopy is just fine? Its in english anyway.

A photocopy will suffice. Either way is fine but one cost you money, the other doesn't.
