welcome to the club. I got request on Feb 4th, mailed same day & CIC got it on Feb 5th. Still waiting. As hira.n said, so far wait times is 2-6 weeks. let's see. If I recieve COPR then you should expect few days.

It takes time, I know someone with parents case did around same time & waiting for update.

Doesn't work. using UCI(PA) or File # along with PA info. Tried sponsor's UCI & info.

Seattle is closed, either file go to LA or CPP-O. 99% should go to CPP-O & 1% to LA

ecas has been completly down since last 2-3 days. & like everyone else active file was not visible, but now all are down.

looking at the spreadsheet, it does not look like anyone who got PPR in 2013 got Visa yet.

That is correct. It is infact 72hrs IF no match found in RCMP database. CIC will get the results updated from RCMP in your file by 4th day. (it happened in my case) when will CIC agent reviews it & start next step varies (from days to months). If possible have your parent travel to Canada & do...

Hi gursikh51, your case is same like mine. Dec 2007 File transfered in April 2012 in CPP-O do u have dependents as well? I did not had. My parents are also in Canada. Try this you will get results:- 1. email CPC-O ask for status 2. order GCMS notes (file copy) free since your parents in Canada...

4) files are processed in CPP-O & PPR will come from CPP-O current PPR to Visa issue is 1-3 weeks by CPP-O

I recommend not taking risk & find good/reputed lawyer to guide you. One wrong move can kill your case. Once they reject it, very hard to change the outcome after that.
