I have sent emails to Otto pilot twice with 6 month gap in between but they have never replied once. This is unacceptable now we have to cry or beg to get an automated email. This is pathetic . They can take my application and shove it where the sun never shines. >:( >:( >:(

No need to worry my friend. Secondary VO means that when you case is finalized a passport request wud be sent to you which will instruct you to send your documents to the Detroit VO.

I don't think this is a wise idea as you are supposed to stay in the province where you are nominated at least till the time you get your PR. Contacting your MP might make things worse in your situation. Refer to the document below...
