send the forms ASAP..3142 is not hot NOC and you have pretty good chances.As per CIC website they have only received 1 application and in our forum we have only 12 members from this NOC. So don't worry and send your completed/double checked in August.

Yes I got it from the call center...But it's not working online..Did they just bluffed me???

I got the UCI number..but it showing invalid online.And I again called CIC they said they can not help me...Any insight on this..Awesome forum members:)
