Update. We received pre-arrival just over a week ago. And today we received a request for new police certs. That means they've started background check. I hope this is the absolute last stage! Btw, you probably won't receive new requests for police certs. We only did because of complications.

You should hear something soon. We're LVO, transferred in July. Got pre-arrival letter last week. No news since then though. The letter was in gckey, and we received a "donotreply" email about it. Hope that helps.
