Update. We received pre-arrival just over a week ago. And today we received a request for new police certs. That means they've started background check. I hope this is the absolute last stage! Btw, you probably won't receive new requests for police certs. We only did because of complications.

yes, I think for you is a good thing once you submit police certificate, final decision will be made , you are almost there.

Nope... I contacted my MP and the reply was our eligibility and background check still didn’t start... still in queue... and that the normal processing time is 12 months...
