Hi everyone, With the new website for CIC all changed around I can't seem the find the medical form that my hubby needs for the DR to sign. It was there the other day and now it is gone....not even on the drop down where all the forms are. Does anyone happen to have a copy that they can send...

HELP!!!!!! Ok to I am trying to send my hubby the medical form that the DR needs to fill out and that my hubby needs to send back. IMM1017 and it is not anywhere on the new formatted website. Does anyone have a copy of this form??? I have had to redo some of my papers because they have changed...

I've also heard that when you are are asked to redo the medicals it takes 4 weeks to receive the request, then a week to complete and another 3 weeks to process them....so that right there is another 8 weeks of waiting. If nothing has been done with your file, and you can tell by the GCMS notes...

So happy for you...it's going to be a wonderful Christmas :D

I was going to ask a similar question....I am about 3 months pregnant and this is the first child for the both of us. What or how do I fill this section out?

Thanks everyone for the well wishes!!! I have the papers started and have someone looking them over to make sure I haven't missed anything. Now I am just waiting for the hubby to send me up some stuff and hopefully will file just after Christmas. :)
