    US outland applicants' thread :)

I apologize in advance...I need to vent a bit. I'm currently in Canada with my husband, of which I'm thankful for the opportunity to spend this time with him. A decision has been made and approved for PR. While I am waiting for the COPR to come in the mail, I have been doing further research...

Sorry, I could be very wrong. :-[ To be safe, I would send a case specific enquiry with the appropriate address.

If you log into ECAS with the applicant's UCI and info, it should show the applicant's addresses.

You can change the address on ECAS or send them an email, but there isn't a number to call Ottawa that I could find.

    US outland applicants' thread :)

I've seen people do both, but it says on there not to send the same thing through different means. I personally used the case specific enquiry to send them updated information. And thank you, it was very exciting. I get to move my belongings before the snow falls. :)

AUGUST 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Yes, you can log into ECAS with your info. All of your paperwork gets scanned and entered into their system. Since your medicals were done upfront, they will show up early. If the PA side changes to In Process on ECAS, then the sponsor has more than likely been approved.

JUNE 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

JUNE 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

The third line on the PA side is usually an indicator that the sponsor has been approved and they are working on the PA side. The next thing to look for is the status to change to Decision Made. I'm sure it will be soon if you don't have any red flags.
