Your application is still in standard time. You can email buffalo for the status but I guess you will receive standard response.

If like that, you can send email to them and make sure including tracking number, name courier, who signed, etc all relevant. Maybe attached the courier slip indicate delivered for them.

Forward to them the copy when you do RCMP certificate. Or simply call place do RCMP to verify the info.
