FSW INLAND - OAR JAN, DEC and NOV

That is not good news at all! This means we'll have to buckle up for a lot of uncertainty.

FSW INLAND - OAR JAN, DEC and NOV

My background check went to Not applicable today. Does this mean that the eligibility and completeness check for documents have passed?

Authentication of Marriage Certificate by Ministry of External Affairs-needed???

Noopes :( It can easily get rejected within the next month when they do the completeness check and eligibility review.

Authentication of Marriage Certificate by Ministry of External Affairs-needed???

Okay, so here is the reason why it might not be required: Apostille convention (the apparent reason why that indicator is there in certificate) is not specific to India. In that case, CIC would have explicitly mentioned that the marriage certificates needs to be attested by MEA/relevant...

    Medical exam confusion

Well, tell them that they are wrong. You might want to clarify that you already have an ITA and you're for Express Entry. Often they just get confused themselves with different streams.

    Study permit visa

Again, there is NO dual intent conflict for study permits in Canada. This is one of those misinformation that gets extrapolated from the US. The only thing you need to prove during the study permit application is that you wouldn't stay in the country ILLEGALLY after studies. Staying LEGALLY is...

    Lawyer recommendations for medical inadmissibility?

If it is just prescription drugs that is the concern, then you shouldn't worry too much. Since they are not covered by insurance anyway, that value should not be added when assessing against the threshold. At least that's what my understanding says. People who are rejected on medical grounds...

AOR in January 2017 - Connect Here!

Nopes. Mine passed on March 17, nothing since then. I am keeping a close watch on the Dec applicants more than Jan ones to get a sense of the progress.

    Salary in ontario....$17.62 per hour

In Kitchener 2625 per month would be just enough to get by for two people. You wouldn't save much though, if at all.

FSW INLAND - OAR JAN, DEC and NOV

Any update people? I see Jan AORs moving briskly to being medical passed.

FSW INLAND - OAR JAN, DEC and NOV

I would be more than happy if it gets processed in 90-100 days. This is almost half of the expected time of 6 months. Cannot ask for anything more.

The status is same for everyone in the thread. We are pretty much at the bottom of the barrel as far as processing time goes!
