So USA Outland can be either kept in Mississauga for Applicant Approval, or sent to Ottawa? And Mississauga is the faster of the two?

My Common-Law partner, who is the applicant, is from the USA. Our application was received on May 8. The wait for Sponsorship Approval (or any news, really) is agonizing.

I'm just using a combination of what people are saying here and what is posted on the official processing times on the CIC website ;-) I'm terribly pessimistic, that way if it does happen sooner I can be pleasantly surprised.

FYI, there is nothing on the Option C that the CRA provides you that actually says "Option C" on it. It's just a term they use and not actually a label on the form. It will say something like "Tax Return Information" at the top and be ~3 pages long.

I think what is being asked here is: If a document is requested in Part 2 (Applicant forms) and Part 3 (Country-specific), which section do you file it under when submitting? Do you make 2 copies and include one in each section/Part?
