LMO requires the employer to prove that they have posted the job on the job site thing they have for at least 3 months and can prove that there was no Canadian appropriate for the job. This would not have been possible. This meant the only option was to take the AEO route rather than the LMO route.

What happens with the PPR? Is it simply 2 passport photos, updated details form and my passports ? I have heard of extremely quick turn arounds if you deliver this in person to the embassy. Does this mean it gets given direct to the VO rather than going into the post received mess?
