You should make a complaint with your consultant. That is just so slack it is unbelievable. As long as the VO gets he updated document quickly it shouldn't hold you up that long. Good Luck

The drop off service is really quick. They saw the first people at exactly 2pm and I was all done by 14:05. In the Maple Leaf by 14:30 and had the maple leaf burger. Wasn't that bad but it was missing beetroot. 13 days until I pick up my COPR ;D

If you have a genuine reason to be in Canada sooner rather than later e-mail your VO. If it is a good enough reason they could put your case to the top of the pile.

Only one of you needs to go there. If you read Tim's article only one person can go to the desk so the second person was not needed. I could be wrong but I can't see why they would need you both there.
