If u r asking that whether u can pay for GIc from ur loan amount, then answer is no. U can only pay tuition fee from ur loan. Bank will not allow u to use it for any other purpose.

Unfortunately man, deadlines for most of universities is over. Apply for JAN 2016. Are u done with ielts, if yes then u may have chance in some university like university of Ottawa whose deadline is 31 march.

@sreeji: Tuition fee is billed according to no. of credits which are constant for a program. In nutshell, overall fee will remain same. No matter, how many semester u will take to complete it.
Just go to your university and ask for transcripts. They will give u transcript in a sealed envelope, send that sealed envelope to the university or college in which your are applying. remember dont break the seal.
