Which category should I go with for student visa??? SPP, University or General?

My profile:
Xth 2004 64%
Diploma 2008 64% (3+1 years to clear 2 backlogs and reappear all exams to improve percentage)
BE IT 2008-2015 (3.5 years Gap, handled family business due to father's medical emergency)
IELTS: 7 with no band less than 6.

Applying for General Business Management in a university with reason to handle my family businesses(3 companies).

Documents:
Complete Medical certificates, discharge and medical condition documents of my father to reason Gap.
ITR docs of my name to show my work in business
very healthy Annual income documents of myself and Father(Sponser)
Strong business ties with my country
SOP

Question 1: Which category wud be best for me?? SPP? University?? OR General??

(With SPP I cant attatch aditional documents I believe)

Question 2: If University or General, is it essential for me to show any loan as I don't require any as we have healthy annual income.

Quesiton 3: How good or bad are my chances?

Applied in VIU and TRU. Preferably foundation+Mba at VIU.. Waiting for conditional acceptance letter.

1.apply under university category as u r going to university,its has highest visa success rate.
2. NO IT IS NOT NECESSARY, get GIC INSTEAD , IT WILL MAKE UR CASE STRONGER from financial point of view.
3. Nothing can be said with surety. U have 3.5 gap but u have very valid justification for that. So, hope for the best. Make STRONG sop and explain your case cogently. Good luck

I have Gaps at many places:
1. Diploma 2007-08: Backlog in finals. In six months I cleared them, and in next 6 months I reappeard all exams and improved grade.
2. BE 2010-11: Struck with dengue, backlog drop.(have my medical certificate and letter submitted in college) I cleared them and also worked in my company. Have work-ex letter.
3. BE 2012-2015: Father's medical emergency(bypass surgery). Have all medical docs. Worked in my company, made my own proprietorship and have all ITR documents on my own and father too.

It is said that if been working then its not called gap, so I have never been sitting idle ever and have documents to prove it. But I am not leaving any chance to explain each and every detail from backlog reasons to gap explanation and what i was doing in it... ;D
