I think it's based on PER - One of 2174. One of the June 16th applicants got rejected because of the cap reached. Weird is, there is one June 19th that was charged. :(

June 20 applicant here, NOC 2174 - not sure if I made it. Seniors, did someone get CC charged/PER after the actual announcement of CAP reached for this NOC last year?

I tried reaching out to that user but it seems that the username has been deactivated or deleted. The weird thing is, there is one June 19th applicant that was charged, same NOC (2174).

Yeah, but if you look at the Global SS there is one June 16th applicant NOC 2174 that got his/her file returned because of the cap reached. :(

Thanks for that, I'm worried cause of the fact that according to the global SS, no 2174 charge was made yesterday. Only CAP updates.

Thanks for that! Not sure if I'll get in now.. last charge for 2174 is June 19th. No charge made yet today so It might be because the CAP is already filled. Might need to absorb this one first before lodging my app to EE. Thanks guys!

May nakita nga din ako, June 20th, CC Charge na, same NOC (2174). Ka-excite.. sana PER, baka naman kasi binalik na sa CIC agent ko, di lang ako ininform (paranoid).

Same here. Ok ung consultant na nakuha namin, very informative, pulido yung JD, plus lahat ng documents hiningi talaga just to ensure na walang magiging problem sa documents. Wala pa akong PER pero kung magkaroon, sobrang sulit and I would highly recommend my agent.
