There were a couple of applicants on the spreadsheet that got charged and had received date June 19th, nothing after that
They got charged October 8th
Cant have PER yet. What does this mean?

I have been requested by VO to send them additional Tax forms and pay stubs.
I need to translate them.

The question is: If i do it page by page translation it is going to be a lot of money.
The translator said he can do "summary translation" of the relevant info.

What is this "Summary translation?
Has any one dealt with with this issue?

When will the application be included in the CAP. I mean after it received by the CIC or only when it is opened by the CIC. Can anyone please tell me about this.

i am 8th may applicant..still i didnt get any update from LVO...emailed lvo but again no reply...15th may applicants started getting MR...m very scared now...... just now i noticed in SS in orange color people r getting processing started...how do they get to know that thr processing is started...do they get email??? i just have one line that "WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APLLICATION ON 8TH MAY"
Now what shud i do????

Hi seniors,

Please help me. Early this year I submitted application for program NSNP and received nomination before my FSW application was charged and PER. Now my FSW application is at RBHK and I am waiting for ME request. The situation is that I just received an email that says my NSNP nomination is cancelled because I failed to mention that I used a representative to help prepare documents. The mail said that they will notify CIC and cancel my nomination. My question is that if this could affect my existing FSW application? Will they contact HK VO to cancel my FSW application too? It's the same agent help my FSW application. What should I do now?

Please advice, I am really nervous now... thanks a lot!

You can check the status of application with a UCI number which is received in PER e-mail. If you have a UCI number from past application, you may use the same, otherwise there is no way to check the status.

Exactly. Also consider those 2174 that might be receiving PER next week. That would mean CIC CAP is not according to PER basis. We'll see...

Dear,

They are updating the cap based upon completeness check. Be very sure about that. And they already started completeness check for July applicants.
