Ok sorry I'm confused. His time in Canada is up on November 2. We are applying for his extension this Monday sept 30th. We won't get an answer back for 1-2 months after his 'visa' is expired. We originally had a return ticket for him for the end of may, but we canceled it.

We are doing an outland application, which we hope to mail out in the next week or so. I want to ask for a year extension, so we can hopefully get his application processed so he doesn't have to leave. When should I buy a ticket for? Like after his extension would be up?

For the medical we paid $150 to the doctor and I think 135 to the hospital for xray and blood work

yeah but it doesnt matter where you have it done. its still on the list of panel of physicians that cic accepts.

I was denied entry because I had just been to the states a few months earlier, and I only had $2000 on me they thought I was going to try and stay and work there. My ticket was booked for three months, and they wanted me to prove I wasn't, which I couldn't cuz I wasn't expecting being stopped :/
