i used the same uci number...im the sponsor, and after a while it wouldn't work under my name so I switched to my husbands name with the same UCI...

I know I've read about how to request notes, but I cant remember where I read it, im just worried they tried to contact us and it went to junk mail, or we didn't receive a letter... so we want to request some notes just to make sure, thanks in advance!

how did they notify you for the request? email?

my application was received on October 31st 2013 I got sponshorship approval nov 21st its been over 6 months now, do I assume there were no mistakes and they are processing it, or they may not have even looked at it yet? it still only says application received.

so its been six months since my application was received, and sponsorship was approved, and since there weren't any updates (which sucks)! do I assume that the application was verified and there are no missing documents, or is it on a desk waiting to be looked at?

we did Canada and visitor for our us outland app, but I don't know if it is right or not! we always used our Canadian address as his address, even when we just reentered Canada with his extension

so I never got my application back from this mistake I did, we were travelling for 3 months and I thought it would have been returned by now, is there anything I can/should do? thanks

we applied outland (American) and were soooo nervous that he wouldn't get back in with his extension that says does not guarantee re-entry... they barely even asked any questions, we just showed her the paper, and she said if we didn't have it we would have just had to go to immigration and...

have you decided on an inland/outland application? f you apply inand you will have implied status until your pr is finished....if you apply outland, which we did, you have to extend your six months visitor status...which I think is pretty easy. (you can still be in Canada if you apply outland)...
