Wrong, if they don't request her passport, how will they issue the VISA and glue into her passport making LANDING in Canada possible?

    One Way or Return Ticket?

Are you travelling now, or in June? i think your application should be done by then. If it isn't completely done by then, they will likely have requested your wife's passport by then (in which case she cannot travel at all)

    One Way or Return Ticket?

So one of you are returning to Korea? then it makes sense to buy 1 return ticket, otherwise don't see how it makes sense. Seems since you are moving permanently to me. That being said do you plan to visit Korea a lot after moving to Canada? If so, it could make sense to buy all return tickets...

CIBC bankg - is it good?

Another factor that was important for me was how the internet banking worked, since i would use that a a lot via PC and smartphone. In my case, i narrowed it down to RBC and TD, initially i was leaning towards RBC. But my friends in Canada all told me that TD have way more branches, and way...

CIBC bankg - is it good?

Every country is different, a normal checking account in my home country Sweden will cost you about 40 usd a year, to keep it going with a VISA debit attached. My equivalent account in USA, doesn't charge me anything, but doesn't give me anything either. My account in Hong Kong, pays me about...

    Hong Kong timeline

Seems like a "final stage" request also, so wouldn't worry. What i have found with the HK VO office is if you send them a query online, they will look it up, and perhaps process it. Saying because the day before my file went on process and decision, i had emailed them.

CIBC bankg - is it good?

My wife, and some of her family members use CIBC, just because they used it wehn they first arrived in Canada, got contacts and good deals. For new accounts, most people would say TD & RBC are the very best, with TD getting significantly more good feedback. My own findings using internet and...

    how build up credit score

Get a secured credit card (for instance with TD bank) they will issue a "no credit" credit card, against a 1000 or so deposit savings account. This method worked super fast for me in the USA as i lived there as a student, and i heard it works equally fast in Canada (building credit)

Hi, not sure about their branches, check their websites? For the identity, they should take any passport i think. Worse case scenario i think is if they want a deposit if you go with one of the monthly plans. Again, depends on what plan you want from them
